SALAD OF MANGO WITH GRANADA
Let's start taking more salads and lighter meals. I do not know you, but to me, I really need it, I know, I always say the same thing, and then I keep on throwing the usual dishes. In a few days it will be more of the same but today we eat a delicious salad with fruit, this combination of sweet sour rechifla me, let's see what you think.
- 1 bag of mixed lettuce
- 2 carrots
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 mango
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- Balsamic vinegar
- Oil
- Pepper
- Chives
- Salt
Wash the salad leaves, drain well (better if you do it in a lettuce centrifuge). Wash the tomatoes and dry them. Sprout the carrots, rake them and cut them into very thin sticks. Peel the handle, remove the bone and remove the balls.
Cut the tomatoes in half and shells the pomegranate removing all the white skin that covers the grains. Beat with manual sticks 3 tablespoons oil and 3 vinegar until emulsified.
Mix lettuce, carrots, mango, cherry tomatoes and pomegranate seeds in a bowl. Dress with the vinaigrette, salt, pepper and chopped chives (I did not put it).
